**Conference registration fees are non-refundable after the final registration deadline. All cancellations must be processed prior to the final registration deadline to receive a refund. No-show, no-cancel, and/or non-paid participants will be removed from the conference program following the final registration deadline and will be charged an administrative fee. Participation in SAMLA to the point of the inclusion in the program (meaning that we accepted your panel, abstract, or paper) constitutes an agreement to these terms. SAMLA Membership Fees, which are separate from Conference Registration Fees, are non-refundable in all circumstances.**
